實際21/22 SemA reg (未有得揀)
本身見之前口碑唔錯 但都預咗新阿sir會伏 點知開口中

Master Class數據好客觀 本身未上堂三個session full曬 waiting list有7個人 上完第一個星期空翻25個位出來

Professor應該係來自印度 口音比較重
同埋係上完一星期3節先擺翻ppt上Canvas個款professor

30% 分組group presentation 佢random分組 所謂嘅random姐係按住名A-Z每4人一組
15% Individual written report
40% Examination
5% Assignment
(詳細要做乜要睇下有冇其他未drop嘅遲啲講下)

10% Class Participation 計分方式好複雜 可以睇下下面

• Every time a student speaks up in the class (asks a question or responds to it) it is counted as 1 point at a minimum as long as he/she makes a reasonable effort to speak up, irrespective of the quality of the answer or fluency in English.
• However, to incentivize very high-quality class participation, from time to time I might award 2 or even 3 points depending upon the quality.
• I might put some questions in the discussion board in canvas at some point during the course. If you respond there, you can get 1 participation point, with a maximum of 3 points depending upon quality.
• Students can email me articles relevant to the upcoming class at least 24 hours before the start of the class. If I find that article relevant student would get 1 point and better still if I select it to be discussed in the class the student would get 3 points.
• Further, please keep in mind that I might from time to time inadvertently miss to take note of some class participation as I am only a human being. So to make sure that you get to the full 10 points, you create a buffer of 1 or 2 points. And as you would notice this is one of the risk management strategy i.e. having a Safety Margin!

2019/20 sem A讀的。睇留言先知原來Mr.Wong 走咗wtf,上佢堂好fun只要臨落堂前蒲頭做佢嘅課堂quiz就計你attendance,至於workload就只係得一份essay,一份grp proj。Mr. Wong 上堂嗰陣永遠都係著suit打紅呔,成個老夫子咁lol。最搞笑係佢會帶埋個gip上堂,用黎裝啲paper,真係俾佢搞到笑死。

Account開既科 但第一堂已經講明係完全唔洗計數

individual assignment有2份 計最高分個份 比分好鬆
基本上寫得正正常常都會meet到mean

Group presentation 都幾HEA下
會跟人名分組 workload唔大 兩星期時間準備

冇MID-TERM,會有幾堂講哂EXAM MC既ans
其他堂其實上唔上都無所謂,因為每堂都學唔到D咩
會計attentance,通常落堂上一兩個鐘既GP DISSCUSSION時間點埋
所以遲大到都唔怕

ANYWAY係一科好HEA既科
但GRADE就感覺佢係按心情比-.- 好飄忽
YEAR1或者想HEA既人都好推介
但想真心學野就唔岩你了

B

3份 Assignments,計最高分個兩份,兩份都高過mean少少。1個group presentation,冇得自己分組,呀sir跟姓氏分,我個組就超左時,應該扣左分。上堂都會有d group discussion,做完要交,不過只係成組交一份,唔難。最後,考試係有得open book,mc仲係堂上出現過,連答案都講埋,所以mc部分冇難度,不過essay先係分高下嘅部分,都幾難。

基本上individual assignment比啲分都唔差(我岩岩好mean)
group project跟姓分 同frd一齊讀都無用
exam open book 佢會上堂比哂所有mc ans(30%)你
70% Long Q 題目表面好難 但其實大概係叫自己概括一次學左啲咩
所以有溫書有望過下啲reading好快搵到答案
靚grade ge 但如果諗住唔溫書去考exam 都係會爛grade

Professor 好好人,我比較中意上年紀嘅人教
每次上堂每組答一條問題,之後睇下YouTube
Attendance 重要,不過係最後一個鐘至計落張紙到,
所以我最後一個鐘至會去上堂。
冇得同朋友一組,6個人一組我組3個free riders
不過exam比較淺,要溫嘅野算多,而且唔洗真係點記入腦,做mc個啲題目佢會比哂你,所以連題目我都冇睇,只記會出現嘅答案,而且open book你中意打哂啲題答上紙入去慢慢搵都得。Essay 9唔搭8都得,只要識得好好用佢個course嘅concepts同 佢notes嘅關鍵字。
預先將啲重要嘅字寫低帶入去,怒併返啲字去essay就可以了。

見到個成績呆左,傳說中既靚grade呢?竟然連A range都無?! (+1)
I even study this course like how i study with my major. I read all the readings and even make my own notes yet the professor gives unreasonable marks.

Assignment: 88/100 (even get the highest among the entire class)
Presentation: overrun a little bit (this i can understand why he deducted my marks)
Examination: scream! i mapped out the entire concepts that taught by him and followed strictly with the course outline, covered all the topics and examples he taught....

:) on my journey to appeal this grade

見到個成績呆左,傳說中既靚grade呢?竟然連A range都無?!
Workload係3份individual assignments(計最高分果份,我80),一個group presentation,一個exam(30%俾晒答案既MC,70%根據文章作答既essay)。有好多readings,不過佢都預我地唔會睇晒,而且睇左都對作答無幫助。
本身area 2想take其他course,後來有人推介同一心諗住會有A+先揀左呢科。每次上堂都覺得個lecturer好hea,出d題目全部錯grammar(但佢加拿大番黎),完全唔知點解佢可以做到professor,而且仲考到pcll......assignments mean 75-80左右,最高85-86。但最高分果個人dse英文得3,寫d嘢都唔太通順,唔明個lecturer究竟想要乜嘢,佢又從來唔俾comments。Group presentation同exam又無俾番分,衰左咩自己都唔知。
Take左3個GE都係B+,但最伏一定係呢個,完全學唔到嘢。自問有俾心機同上足lectures都落得如此下場,只可以講一句唔好人云亦云,以為好grade就走去reg,其實靚唔靚grade真係睇運氣。
